FaceAK offers a range of results-driven facial treatments. Our classic facial is an excellent it’s own or as preparation for our clinical treatments. Each facial treatment is bespoke to the client’s individual needs and will usually include:
- Deep cleansing
- Superficial exfoliation
- High strength serums
- Massage
- Mask
- Sun protection
Our intensive facial includes lightfusion™ LED, a non-invasive photofacial using state of the art LEDs that deliver specific wavelengths of light to energise skin cells and encourage fibroblast activity, helping promote collagen and elastin that are essential for the fight against the ageing process in a matter of minutes. Combined with a Hydrogel Mask, the lightfusion™ device leaves skin visibly plumper and more radiant after just one treatment.
Peels

Superficial peels rejuvenate and revitalise the appearance of the skin.
With little or no downtime, enzyme and chemical peels offer a virtually risk-free, results-driven therapy for a wide array of skin conditions, including fine lines, wrinkles, acne, acne scaring, hyperpigmentation and dry or flaky skin.
Peeling is a cosmetic procedure based on the application of an enzyme or chemical exfoliant to the skin in order to induce the destruction of the epidermis cells resulting in the removal of skin lesions or imperfections and improvement in skin texture. Some of our lighter peel treatments may also incorporate lightfusion™ LED.
Dermarollering
Dermarollering – £220
Dermarollering (also known as Collagen Stimulation Therapy) harnesses the body’s natural powers of healing to smooth the skin and achieve incredible results.
This cutting-edge treatment is especially effective for addressing the visible signs of ageing, as well as acne scarring, slackened skin, stretch marks, uneven skin tone and dilated blood vessels.
For best results we recommend a course of treatments along with taking collagen boosting vitamin supplements. Using home-care products before and after the treatment is strongly advised.
Dr Nahdia Akbar is faceAK’s Aesthetic Doctor and is a General Practitioner and Aesthetic Clinician with over 15 years experience in medicine. She has worked in the field of dermatology and has a keen eye on all things aesthetic. With this interest she has trained in the field of aesthetic medicine to provide aesthetic medical procedures including botulinum toxin procedures and dermal filler treatments.
She currently works with products such as Botox ® and Juvaderm ®.
